High levels of constant stress have been linked to insomnia, migraines, backaches, anger, high blood pressure, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and a decrease in immune system potency. These illnesses can lead to such serious health conditions as fertility problems and heart disease. Depending on which profession you work, these stress related factors will vary. Companies are savvy to the fact that happy employees result in positive growth of an organization.
